Bookings & pre-orders
All table bookings and pre-orders are subject to availability. Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us. Table pre-orders are charged in advance at checkout and form part of your minimum spend for the night.
Minimum spend
Open-night table bookings carry a £200 minimum spend, which covers your table's food, drinks and shisha for the night. Any pre-order amount you pay counts towards the minimum spend; the balance is settled on the night.
Cancellation & changes
Pre-orders can be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours before your booking — contact us and we'll sort it out. Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable. We may cancel a booking for reasons beyond our control and will refund any pre-order paid in that case.
Entry & conduct
We operate a strict 18+ policy — photo ID may be required at the door. Door entry is at the discretion of management. We ask all guests to respect the venue, our staff and other guests; anyone behaving aggressively or antisocially may be asked to leave without a refund.
Events & tickets
Tickets for event nights are sold through our official ticket partners. Please check the ticket terms at the point of sale. On event nights, table bookings may follow the event's own schedule and line-up.
Liability
Personal belongings brought into the venue are at your own risk. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
