What we collect
When you book a table, pre-order bottles or send us an enquiry, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, party size, chosen night and any special requests. We also keep records of payments made through our booking checkout.
How we use it
We use your details to manage your booking, take your pre-order payment, contact you about your night, and reply to enquiries. We may email you about upcoming nights — you can ask us to stop at any time.
Payments
Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details — only a payment reference and whether the payment succeeded.
Sharing
We share your details only with the services that make your booking work: our payment provider and our email service. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@safarilevel4lounge.co.uk and we'll take care of it.
How long we keep it
Booking and payment records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and legal reasons; enquiry details are kept until we've dealt with them.
